Chompksy are a Glasgow-based street food company. We've been around for a few years now. Since our beginnings doing pop-ups in restaurants and bars, we now have several sites around the city. We are all about change - constantly changing our menu, our location, our audience. We don't like to be put in a box. Right now we have a kiosk in Buchanan Galleries Street Food Hub and we have brought Glasgow's first food Truck to Kelvin Way in the West End. And we are portable - in the last year we have started doing events around the country,
We like to keep both our ingredients and make everything from scratch. Everything we put into our dishes is sourced as locally as we can manage and our menus range from Korean fried chicken to deep south grits, from Jamaican goat stew to Taiwanese bao buns. We make it up as we go along with a lot of research, preparation. sweat and tears.
