Chompksy are a Glasgow-based street food company. We've been around for a few years now. Since our beginnings doing pop-ups in restaurants and bars, we now have several sites around the city. We are all about change - constantly changing our menu, our location, our audience. We don't like to be put in a box. We are currently serving out of Broadcast on Sauchiehall Street and running the van whenever possible.
We like to keep both our ingredients and make everything from scratch. Everything we put into our dishes is sourced as locally as we can manage and our menus range from Korean fried chicken to deep south grits, from Jamaican goat stew to Taiwanese bao buns. We make it up as we go along with a lot of research, preparation. sweat and tears.
